After closing, emergency warranty service
is available by calling the emergency numbers
provided in your new home packet received
at closing. Examples of emergency warranty
service include plumbing leaks that cannot
be contained, heat and air conditioning problems
in extreme temperatures, total loss of power,
or any condition that may present a health
or safety hazard.
All other claims shall be
addressed by calling the
customer service department
directly Monday through
Friday 8:00 AM until 5:00
PM at (903) 509-2010,
or you may submit
your request using the form
provided below.
After submitting this information you will
receive an automatic
confirmation that your claim was
received. A warranty service representative
will personally contact you by telephone within
48 hours.
